Shannon is in her extremely good mood now! Reasons why? hehe I'm proud of myself
Firstly, my gym session yday was so fun!! Jeff, my instructor guides me through again. I did 35 minutes of cardio and some stretching. He didnt allow me to do more and urge me to go home!!- cos my last meal was at 12pm. He's afraid i have not enough energy to continue. I did that without much 'great' effort cos i managed to control my breathing! MUHAHA. *wink* Very pleased with that. Improved a lil'i supposed. Sweetie Cecilia said that she can see that i lost some weight. Also, Jeff and Ros. WHEEE!!! =)Sure that baby is proud of me. So.. I will have to maintain and not eat so much. Gotta control my diet. Anyway, my good mood yday might have contribute to my good performance! For why I'm in the good mood? I dont know too. I just felt happy.
After gym, I went to visit Kat at Tangs. I have send out the GOOD NEWS to all my girl friends! So... you girls know what to do. =) It's good to have friends everywhere u see. You can get first hand information. Already writing my wishlist...
Reached home. Had dinner and watched 'Eye for a Guy'. Nothing much to watch. I think 'Shan' is kinda sweet. He made the newspaper for Denise Keller. That's a really nice gift. Another who gave Denise Keller a bottle of stars-so old fashioned la! Think of something more creative!! The worst one is the one who sprayed the 'toxic' during the party in the jazz bar. Pardon me cos i didnt make the effort to remember the names of the 'Hunks of Singapore'. Okay ah..don't be so mean. Some of them are rather cute but (read baby's blog)--i agreed with it. Hmm... Isnt it weird to pronounce some words with a perfect foreign accent and not the others? I know some.
